I thought you supposed to exfoliate once a week? So wouldn’t you use it once a week to exfoliate? Wouldn’t wanna do more harm then good if used daily I just purchased one

Sud Scrub is gentle enough to be used every day. I use mine every day with no problems and I have sensitive skin. But of course, listen to your skin - if it feels like more than once a week is too much, then reduce it.

Sud Scrub is made from a non-porous material (silver infused silicone) unlike a loofah which has many fibers that collect and hold onto bacteria and fungi. Sud Scrubs won't provide as much of a lather but they sure will give you a bacteria-free clean!

silicone scrubbers can be found online, and are fairly cheap. silicone doesnt support bacterial growth making it great for cleansing.

Yes my whole family uses hands , only when we have a small child we buy loofah to teach them , as they are too sharp for them they start to use hands instead 😂

Dermatologists actually recommend using CLEAN hands to lather up soap and wash body. Did you know that our bodies are self cleansing? Also God gave us all natural body oils that keep the skin healthy and protect it from some bacteria. Just like our hair does. When you put loads of scented products on your body and over exfoliate your skin you aren’t ‘cleaning it.’ You are stripping it of its natural oils. How do you think humans around the world who don’t have access to these extra shower items keep clean? The natural way, using hands. If you still stink after using unscented soap, water and clean hands then you have a health problem, a bad diet, are generally dirty or don’t know how to clean yourself properly and rely on strong scented products to mask this.

They're too soft. Silicone is a terrible exfoliator. Wash cloths scrub well. Someone needs to invent a body scrubber that actually works

@@ratman7212 personal experience. But Amazon has plenty good products. Whatever you buy will work as long as it exfoliates well. Me personally, I have a 1ft x 1ft pad that adhesives to the shower wall and it's made from loofa type material that ties over the pad. You put your back against it and move up down side to side and it scrubs amazing. Lather it up with body wash. When dirty you untie it, throw it in the washer and good as new. Best product I've used to date. Leave the silicone products for adult toys lol
