a little tip I learned is when you put the whole garlic clove into the pan, you should cut into it just a little bit and make marks, and that way you release more garlic flavor while still keeping it whole :)

Little tip from Italy: when you make coffee with a moka, stir it before you pour it. Usually the stronger coffee is at the bottom. This way, your coffee will have an even taste.

I work at a gelato shop and make all the gelato in the morning. Affogato with fresh gelato in a complimentary flavour to espresso is the best treat. Personal favourite is chocolate hazelnut affogato.

Gnocchi are better when you roll them off on a fork because it creates a little curl for extra sauce retention. :)

I've never had good gnocchi. It's always dry and hard whenever I get it at a restaurant. But man that looks as delicious as Ben.

Made the butternut squash sauce with gnocchi and the pork schnitzel and it was absolutely amazing. I added a little bit of Parmesan to sauce as well as the gnocchi and it added a great amount of flavor. Wonderful recipes!

haha XD yh if they can come up with such a well rounded menu - it makes them more attractive. if it's just the normal kinda menu which usually feels jumbled up and thrown together - it's a nice gesture of them cooking but they would have to have more to offer (like being funny or smart)...

Terry Dolan I mean you can salt it at more of a moderate speed if you want too. Salting the water adds a lot more flavor to the pasta so I would recommend it, but you don't absolutely have to do it.
