Stephanie Reneé DeRamus is there any substitute for fish or sushi? that's the last thing i have to get rid of eating before being animal free and i love seafood so much like crab and stuff.

Dirkster Princess I understand completely. Gardein (a vegan brand) has awsome fishless filets (which I'm having for dinner) as well as vegan crab cakes. They can be found at your local grocery like Walmart, Target and even Publix.

Are you also a vegetarian or did your child choose to be that way? I've noticed so many kids wanting to be vegetarian/vegan once they find out where meat comes from. I think that’s super adorable and actually admirable that kids make that decision for themselves. If you aren’t vegetarian yourself I think it’s super awesome you’re accommodating their life choices. I wish I had the strength to make a commitment like that…

If you want a delicious, sweet breakfast try a chocolate quinoa breakfast bowl. I've been making it like crazy. It's something that I just slapped together one day, but its amazing. Take some quinoa of your choice, add cinnamon, sugar of your choice, some plant based milk, and 1-3 squares of unsweetened bakers chocolate. Once cooked, I like to top it with Brazil nuts, sliced organic banana, chia seeds, or any other fruits or nuts I have.

I made these rolls and they taste amazing and rise quickly. I only used one packet of yeast and they still rose a lot. I also used water to activate the yeast instead of almond milk and it worked well. Best vegan cinnamon rolls I've ever had :)
