I’ve never heard of a Torus but I believe we are all energy and I find your explanation extremely intriguing!

@@lizmchenry3049 hello lovely! It’s difficult to stream in words what I get to see sometimes. I think words don’t make justice to these images 😂 the Torus is our energetic vortex which we use to storage emotions, beliefs, experiences, etc and manifest according to what it is there 🙏 Have a look at another video I have about the different bodies we have as I go a bit deeper into that explanation 😆
