Anxiety is one thing. Everybody gets some flashes caused by stressful situations or before approaching a girl you just captured. Anxiety disorder is a serious mental health condition which can really affect your everyday life and normal activities. It is the burden of the millennials. More and more young people under 30 are suffering from it. We live in a relatively peaceful time when we don't have to fight for our physical survival everyday, there are not so many military conflicts over the world and many things that were in short supply even 50 years ago, today are in abundance. The fight of our generation is inside our heads and primarily for our mental survival.

David I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your content. I spent most of my life just having no clue how to have relationships with friends and girls. I let those failures and my string of horrible friends make me feel depressed. My last break up sealed the deal on just feeling inadequate. I found your channel last year and my biggest take away from your channel is the positivity. 8:12 one of the best bits of advice I tell my friends is drop the people who bring you down. It's amazing how hard it is for some (I was absolutely guilty of it), but I found the older I got saying to myself "why am I keeping this person in my life when I have to constantly make the excuse for their shitty behavior/attitude as that's just joe being joe?" If joe being joe, is joe being a bad/negative friend or person and the only reason you find yourself still hanging with them is because you have known them for awhile then it isn't worth it anymore. If they refuse to grow and better themselves you have no obligation to constantly be in the wake of their bad choices. Great vid as always. Congratulations on the engagement.
