We are all no stranger to the fact that relationships take work, and that some of the most important foundations of any relationship are trust, communication and compatibility. In today's video, I share some of my thoughts on these very topics -- I hope they help whoever you are, be it someone still searching for love and dating around or already in a committed partnership. Enjoy!
To reward those of you who read the description box, here’s a quote that I thought holds a valuable lesson in itself: “Not everything is supposed to become something beautiful and long-lasting. Sometimes people come into your life to show you what is right and what is wrong, to show you who you can be, to teach you to love yourself, to make you feel better for a little while, or to just be someone to walk with at night and spill your life to. Not everyone is going to stay forever, and we still have to keep on going and thank them for what they’ve given us.” - Emery Allen
(Comment 💜 if you read this!)
I’m not a relationship expert, these are just my thoughts and I have a lot more to learn myself. For professional advice, seek out a professional therapist!

Your videos really help me a lot. Right now, I feel like I'm somehow hovering through life and I don't really have an identity. And I'm trying my best to find out who I really am. Thank you🍘

I totally feel that. That is sooo normal and I'm going through the same thing myself. Just take it one step at a time and we'll figure things out :)

Thank you so much! Would love if you did a video specifically on long distance relationships. I'm in my first LDR right now and would love some advice from you on how to navigate that.
