my take away regarding the trading psychology in this video is: 1. monitoring yourself when taking the trades(emotional behaviour), 2. maintaining trading journal and rectifying the errors, 3. applying discipline in all aspects of life. 4. trash the not implemented knowledge. Meine dekha he ki 20 point market girta he to 2000 rs ka loss dikhata he par jab wahi 20point recover karke aur 20 point upar aa jata he to profit 500-700 rs hi hota he aeisa kyu?? Is that fair trading system, ya theta, gama ke math ke chakkar me aam retailers ko ullu banaya jata he😅

One mental block i m facing is - I m getting burnt out not by trading , but by scrolling Twitter feeds which is full of other people's opinion , their MTMs etc . I m planning to make rules on when to log in to Twitter . Could you please share some of your suggestion about social media usage for traders . Thanks

It’s the serious issue 🧐! Take a break from everything for a month and then start again. If the social media is adding value to your trading the follow it otherwise you can unfollow! I know it’s easier said than done, but with conscious effort you can do it. All the best ✌️
