In today's video I have shown you 3 different types of chutneys which you can have with Idlis-Dosas and any south indian breakfast recipes.
All the three chutneys have different ingredients and diffrent taste. these are easy to make, quick and healthy as well and you can also store these chatnis in your fridge for 4-5 days.
(1) Peanut Chutney/Mungphali ki chutney
(2) Onion-Tomato Chutney/ Pyaz Tamatar ki chutney
(3) Coconut chutney/ Narial ki chutney
Ingredients for peanut chutney
1/2 Cup roasted peanuts
1 Tbsp grated coconut
4-5 clove of garlic
2 Tbsp tamarind pulp
2-3 Red chilles
Salt
Ingredients for Tomato and onion Chutney
1 big sliced onions
2 sliced tomato
6 cloves of garlic
4 dried red chilly
Salt and oil
Ingredients for coconut chutney
1/4 Cup Roasted bengal gram
1/2 Cup grated coconut
2 tbs of yogurt
Salt
To make seasoning for all 3 chutneys
2 tbs of oil
1 tsp of mustard seeds
pinch of asafoetida powder
Curry leaves
dry red chilli
