I used the method in this video with the exception of the menstrual cup(bought one but didn't work for me)and used the formatting. I also tracked my temperature. With the power of God and tracking, guess who's 4 weeks pregnant today after trying for 5 years?......me! Thank you for this video.

I've been here before. It took over a year for our first, a miscarriage at 6 wks, and then boom, pregnant. I recommend the Diva Cup and also trying the Mira device. It's new and really does the job with tracking by giving values for your hormones. Once you see the rise, you're in the zone. Everything else for ovulation tracking was just guessing aka the strips etc. Even the Ava device doesn't compare. Get the Mira! Sending you all the baby vibes.

I dont think its necessary at all the sperm will get up there anyway, they are microscopic. People have been getting pregnant without them for years.

Do you check cervical mucus? How about your basal temperature? Those are more accurate, in my opinion and experience, then ovulation strips 😊

Are you sure.... 😥 I'm on ttc journey for 4 years... This month ovulation stripes are not available.... So cm and bbt can tell you that you are ovulating right.

@@nuska8828 Yes, even when the ovulation strips didn't show I was ovulating, but my BBT and CM were lined up, I got pregnant! I've been pregnant 8 times (I had 3 miscarriages and a stillborn; but also 4 healthy children), so I swear by it!

The time it takes for the strips to read LH is going to generally be “too late” - LH spike is also very short as immediately it starts to decrease after egg release. This is why most people don’t use strips! I’ve read a lotttt of articles on this recently 😅 Also the cup method she is referring to has also been debunked..

Okay so I’m trying for last 3 years 1 failed IUI and 2 failed IVF/ICSI and so my doctor suggested me to try for next tree moths without medications and stuff .!! So now my question is I started following your advice the body temperature the ovulation kit and the menstrual cup thing ( since I’ve been using menstrual cup for last 8 years ) I still wonder why it never crossed my mind.! Anyway so this month that is on June and July I followed the steps .!!! Now please help me with two things . 1: can I still get pregnant with 30million sperm counts ? 2: if I get pregnant would I still be getting those PMS cramps that I usually get every month ?????

This time my peak happened 5 days after my period ended 😮 only the 2nd time ive been tracking . The deed was done a few days before and again on peak night. 1st cycle was negative. 🤞 Hopefully blessed with baby dust this cycle 🤰

We have tried for 6 months now and nothing :( we started having sex at cd 10 until 18,but now from CD 8 til 18. We have sex every other day, since everyday wasn't recommended by my doctor. Something about sperm count 🙈 I've read the lube is a bad idea to use, is this right? Most time we just have to do it. So we can get on by our day do to our mixed working our, therefor lube is the easy chose, since we don't have time or energy for foreplay.

Hello Elisa don’t worry if you eat clean, organic vegetables , no dairy or gluten for at least 6 months….. exercise 2 to 3 per week…. Vitamin D is important…. Try yoga….try to laugh a lot …. Don’t think too much ….. go with the flow …,,, you will get your baby sooon…..

Those are great as long as hubby has a decent sperm count. Ladies, if you've tried everything, get your man checked, and don't blame yourself. You can only do so much. The man's sperm count matters.

I personally would not prefer this method of super tracking -it is very tiring, you can get overwelmed very quickly. But what I would definitly suggest is to check mucus. When is sticky and super strechy - this is the sign of your ovulation. Listen to your body more. If that is your way, thats totally fine. But try to chill and listen to yourself.

You should never test in the morning for ovulation. You need to test in the evening and stop drinking water for at least 2 hours

I have endo and after two surgeries and still having horrible pain, I decided to cut out dairy and all wheat out of my diet and my symptoms have completely vanished! My period went from 10 to 12 horrible, painful, heavy days for over 20 years to a normal 5 to 7 day cycle with mild cramps, no clots! I recommend that you read the book "How to heal endometriosis naturally". There are many lifestyle changes that you can make that will help you way more than any pill a doctor is trying to give you or any surgery. Reducing the inflammation in your body is key. I also recommend looking into getting an infrared light. I don't have any children yet but I'm hopeful! Good luck to you!

One important thing to keep in mind to anyone trying to get pregnant and we’re on birth control before trying to get pregnant, make sure you are off any form of birth control for at least 9 months to a year before trying to getting pregnant 🤰. That is very important! Love you all God bless.

@@awake3162 that’s incorrect. Most birth control pills leave your system within 36 hours that’s why you need to keep retaking the pill. You can start trying after a week or if sceptical a month but you don’t need to wait almost a year before trying. Yes you could possibly have a miscarriage but you’d need to be taking 6 months of birth control all at once to miscarry there isn’t enough dosage to kill your baby in one pill.

It's like that, no matter if you’re 40 or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

I would not use the period cup to try to get pregnant, that would definitely be a risk to get a UTI you should always go pee after sex. Anyhow, i feel that just trusting God relax and be happy. If you are meant to have a baby you will have one. God bless

Hey, when I felt something was “off” about my body that was definitely the first sign. I suddenly recalled something that I read quite a while ago, and within 4 weeks I knew I was pregnant.
