Thanks for the review. I've been looking into the Dreo Pilot Max. I believe, if you looked into it a little further, you'll see that Dreo makes it easy to clean the fan by removing the back of the fan. That is one attribute that they advertise.

Just bought the dreo max. It'll be here Wednesday. Got it just for my bedroom as it gets hot in there. So hopefully it'll move my AC air around and cool off my bedroom better.

I don't have that particular Dreo fan, I have the Nomad One. Cost me £94 and it is amazing. Not a "fan" of the remote because as someone who is vision impaired I need something more tactile but it is manageable. So far that is the only con I can find for the Dreo Nomad One.

Do you recommend the Dyson for small rooms? I also need something that helps purify the air since I live right in front an avenue. Dust and pollutants are my main visitors in this shitty place

The one I showed in this video doesn’t purify. You could go for a more premium dyson fan but, personally, I would choose a cheaper and better tower fan and a separate purifier with cheap and easy to buy filters (cost will add up with time).

Good question. Only time will tell ! But I was not impressed with my Dyson reliability.

In UK they offer a 5 year warranty if you register.

Question is easy to answer. The Dreo uses a brushless motor which is the most reliable and quietest motor you can get. That's why it costs twice as much as the Honeywell.

It would be similar performance. If you want two fans get two Honeywell and put them on either side of teh room you want to cool down. But the Dreo Is supposed to have more modes and be quieter so I'd still go with the Dreo. That's the one I'm getting my gf for her house warming gift. She likes cool air and a quiet fan. This should be perfect.

People saying the graph is important, and all the technical stuff is important... but personally it doesnt say much as all. most cheap bladed fans "out perform" a dyson on technicality and charts but in PRACTICAL use Dyson shows better results, so for me I would rather someone have to use all 3 during a heatwave and then tell me which one performed better than what a reader says

Are you sure the DREO PILOT MAX is 130 dollars in Canada? I look up the price history of this item in amazon and it has never been lower than 185dollars on the amazon link you provided. I assume you're from Quebec.
