It has to be car eye because is a special polish that will give you diferent designs with a magnet, regular polish wont work with cat eye polish

I had the same question and had to google it lol. I THINK it's "arrayed cat-eye reflection (ACR)" so if it is, I think it's meant to resemble the way cat eyes reflect light
