1 cup suji
1/2 cup curd
Water as per required
2 tsp garlic pest
2 tsp ginger pest
1 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp turmaric
2 tbsp peanut ( corse)
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp suger
1/4 tsp hing
Salt as per test
1/4 cup carrot ( grated)
1/4 cup green peas ( corsley chopped)
1/4 cup onion ( finally chopped)
1/4 cup lauki ( grated)
( vegetable as per your choice)
1 tsp eno
For tadka
Oil
Til
Muserd seeds
Jeera
Hing
Curry leaves
[ VEG UTTAPAM ]
1 cup suji
1/2 cup dahi
Water as per required
Salt as per test
1/2 tsp cumin
Few curry leave ( chopped)
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/2 tsp eno( optional)
For topping
Capsicum
TomATO
Onion
Green chilli ( chopped)
Coriander ( chopped)
Red chilli powder
Chat masala
Sambhar masala
Black pepper powder
Oil
[SUJI POTATOES NUGGETS]
1 st step
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp green chilli paste
2 tsp chilli flacks
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 cup water
Salt as per test
1 cup suji
2 nd step
2 - boiled potato( grated)
Rice flower as per required
Coriander ( finally chopped)
Oil for frying
