3 very INTERESTING recipes / that you absolutely must try.
1 Bueno waffle slice 🤌🏼 easy and quick zubereitet❤️
Ingredients:
18 waffles
For the cream:
350g mascarpone
150g quark
400ml whipped cream
2 tbsp hazelnut cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
2 cream stiffener
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 buenos
To decorate:
Cream (whipped)
Buenos
Hazelnut cream
Preparation:
For the cream, place all the ingredients except Bueno in a deep bowl and mix for approx. 2-3 min until creamy. Add the chopped buenos and fold in.
Take a springform/baking dish and place half of the waffles on the base. Spread the cream on top and smooth out. Place the remaining waffles on top. Decorate with cream and buenos, chill for approx. 1-2 hours and enjoy.
2 Carrot yoghurt Dip🤌🏼
Ingredients:
4 carrots
5 tbsp oil
salt
5-6 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
Sauce;
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Also:
Parsley
Chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Fry in a pan for approx. 10 minutes over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Leave to cool.
For the yoghurt sauce: Mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and a little salt. Add the cooled carrots and stir to combine.
For the sauce, briefly fry the oil with the sweet paprika and chilli flakes in a pan.

3 / Rice with chicken leg in the oven 🤌🏼
Ingredients:
7 chicken legs
1 liter of water
Some peppercorns
bay leaves
1 tsp salt
rice:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1.5 glasses of rice
0.5 jar bulgur
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vegeta
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato puree
approx. 100gr pre-cooked chickpeas
3-3.5 glasses of chicken stock
Sauce:
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tsp sweet paprika
Preparation:
Boil the chicken drumsticks in plenty of water, peppercorns, bay leaves and salt. Once cooked, remove the chicken legs and put some of the chicken stock to one side.
For the rice: Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Wash the rice and bulgur in plenty of water.
Add the rice to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato purée and spices and continue to fry. Add the chickpeas and stir.
Place the rice in an ovenproof dish and then place the chicken legs on top. Pour over the chicken stock. Brush the chicken drumsticks with the sauce. Place moistened baking paper on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200° top/bottom heat for approx. 30-35 min. Then remove the baking paper and bake for another 10 minutes until the chicken drumsticks are golden brown werden🤌🏼
