Great informative video Auden! I do feel like you could slow things down when you speak a bit and pause in between. (I used to do this too haha, but the longer I was teaching the better I got at speaking) A person that knows what he's doing, and is also a great speaker becomes a very powerful teacher.

Im so proud of u, absorbing knowledge from devon. U explain it better. Family goats! Remember, never forget ur lat work and curls. I realized quick learning proper scapula movement. A full range protraction and retraction of the shoulder blades feels amazing, then comes power with guys with obsurd natural strength. Omg im so glad devon had a son, his domination is getting outdated. Maybe roid cheating opponetes idk. I miss devon domination 5 10yr ago. Gimme them forearms and biceps please lol

Auden, could you at some point create a big flowchart that describes the positions and the transitions between them? Then in the future you could always reference that and show it on screen when explaining stuff.

Chubby overweight kid who is 230 plus lbs at 19 lmao he is abusing himself his circulation is terrible hence the swollen hands and he is eating so much that he is producing tons of estrogen in response hence the chubby face hands and gut. Zero 19 year olds on the planet regardless of height should be 230 lbs that's just way to heavy about 50 lbs to heavy

I dont mind the flop at all as long as the refs start both pullers square. Shouldn't be allowed to start in a flop press before yhe go. Pullers shoukd have to get to the flop position after the go
