You 50% correct, options one is to be an affiliate and invite people to join and access the cash option. Option two is convert those sweat coins into sweat… sweat is their form of crypto currency which you can withdraw using a crypto exchange. I've been using sweatcoin for over 3 months. Not even a cent I've earned there. Mind you I was working as a field researcher which meant that I was walking most of the time.
