2:17 3 weird causes of chronic fatigue
In this video, we’re going to talk about 3 weird causes of chronic fatigue. If you frequently feel fatigued throughout the day and my other tips haven’t seemed to help, this video is for you.
Take a look at these two common causes of fatigue:
1. Poor sleep/lack of sleep
Adrenal Stress: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktQBL...
Bladder: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6NNr3...
Sinus (sleep apnea): www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrJk0...
Digestion: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVy2b...
2. Slow thyroid (2 possible causes)
Gallbladder - you need bile to convert T4 to T3
Gallbladder Support: bit.ly/2GpXFfw
High Estrogen - can inhibit thyroid function
Estrogen Balance with DIM: bit.ly/2DzWZQH
Here are three weird causes of fatigue that you may not have thought about yet:
3. Old head injury
www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qvllg...
4. Viral infections (like mono)
In this video I demonstrate the area of the body to stimulate to assist with the immune system: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3c3fQ...
5. Ovary problems
For this technique, just follow the procedure exactly and watch how your energy increases: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZh0p...

When I was 3 years old I got in a head on collision with my Dad. I hit the dashboard head first and it fractured my skull. Never went to the doctor or hospital. That was 1954 in rural Minnesota. I have suffered from cfs-fibromyalgia my entire life and have never been told it could be from that head injury. Now I find out it know doubt it is from that injury. 67 years of suffering from a head injury 😢 no fun!

Excellent video. None of my doctors could figure out where my chronic fatigue comes from but your'e right. I always suspected that it stems from mononucleosis that I caught back in 1972. I have never been the same since then. You've got my subscription!

Live For more........I was diagnosed with systematic lupus in 2015. The lupus activity is so low that it's not even active. They number was 3.5; an 8 + is active. Doctors don't know where the fatigue and the body stiffness come from. I call it chronic fatigue because my body feels like I"m 200 years old and my body feels like it's made out of jello. Very uncomfortable. These symptoms usually set in on weekends after I caught up on my sleep; includes body stiffness and soreness like I worked out or pulled weeds, but haven't done any physical activity. I usually feel better after I go back to work on Mondays but I have been feeling really crappy for months, even at work. Two weeks ago I made a change in diet after watching this doctor and a few other naturaopathic medical nutritonists. All I did was cut out the bakery, processed foods etc. and anything with refined sugar. ate lots of fruit; juiced a green drink once; used turmeric often in my brown rice and ate one teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil each morning. I started to feel better almost two weeks ago right after starting the coconut oil. The shoulder and back stiffness was the first thing to go. Last weekend I slept for 15 hours straight and the chronic fatigue was completely gone since then. I feel perfectly normal again, even without enough sleep all week. Sometimes symptoms disappear for days , weeks, or months and return. Not sure at this time if it's a coincidence or a few changes in diet that I made. I recommend also watching Dr. Peter Glidden and Dr. John Bergman, and take notes. They will tell you which foods to avoid and what you should eat, including supplements, herbs, etc. Let me know what changes you made and what the outcome was if you decide to do it.

MsOliveLeaf thank you very much :) I'll do that . Have you experience brain fog as well? Because that's the main thing I want to get rid off
@MsOliveLeaf
@MsOliveLeaf 7 жыл бұрын
Live For more.....I'm not sure if I ever had brain fog except for something similar that happened to me about 10 years ago. That was the only time. I would have to understand brain fog better in order to answer that. Forgot to tell you that I also added Chia seeds to my diet. Put in over rice or in a juiced drink. You should check out the Juiceman's first infomercial on his juicer from the 1980's, about a 30 min. video. It's amazing how we could heal our bodies from juicing. I'm on here all the time watching this stuff and the doctors I mentioned. Today was the first time in at least a year, if not longer, that I slept in and acutally felt normal when I woke up. No stiffness, no sluggishness and no chronic fatigue. Check out some testimonies on wheatgrass juice. Some lady almost died and was healed from lupus. It has all the green benefits that heal. Medical treatments didn't help her. Puritan's Pride has the Southest brand in a 16 oz. bag for about $21.60, not bad. I haven't tried it yet.

I'm just now learning about estrogen dominance and overactive ovaries... I feel like I could cry because my cycles and fatigue have been horrible ever since college, worse in a high-stress job, and I reluctantly went on birth control just to make it through the month in one piece. I wish to God more doctors knew about this stuff. Keto is my last shot at losing weight and getting healthy.

Dr. Berg has helped me so much. I too was in ER several days ago and had "a group" of kidney stones in both kidneys...they said they are small right now. Can they be desolved or do I do magnesium just for future prevention. In the past I have had emergency surgery for one that got stuck and I don't want to go through that ever again!! I have told hundreds of people about Dr. Berg!

Wow! Mononucleosis! My daughter had it so bad when she was in high school. Also our family Dr. mis-diagnosed which led to a Rollercoaster of issues I remember now. I will never forget taking my daughter to the emergency room and the Dr. asking me, me, why was her urine orange? I was in shock I remember feeling helpless for my very sick Daughter but finally returned to my family Dr. in desperation running in circles when I spoke the word orange Urine she knew exactly what she had and a blood test confirmed mono. So it sits dormant like the Herpes simplex virus ect. Then Why do the medical Dr.'S not know this. My daughter suffers from on and off fatigue every since and she is an adult now but she also has syrinx's up and down her spinal cord. I and my other Daughter has them as well and we do not know yet what is causing them. Very frustrating.

I have a hypothesis for a weird cause of fatigue. Studies in rats show neuro-chemicals GABA and glycine are responsible for the muscles becoming paralysed during REM stages of sleep. It's likely that the same chemical process applies in humans. This is a good thing as it prevents us from acting out our dreams and injuring ourselves when asleep. The chemicals stop that paralysing process when we wake which allows us to move. As with any system there is a possibility it will become imbalanced. If the paralysing function continues in part when we are awake then this will show itself in the patient as unexplained fatigue. Even healthy people take a few minutes before their bodies start moving when they first wake up which is partly that GABA/glycine process in action. But if that process becomes imbalanced then it means a patient will have a heavy muscle feeling all the time. Just a hypothesis.

Unfortunately this is not uncommon. By the way to someone else immediately. Dont wast your time. I was in Walgreens looking for food enzymes supplements and could not locate them in the supplement section. I asked the pharmacist in the pharmacy and he looked at me puzzled and said" what are food enzymes?" I was responded and told him, " you know it contains HCI and bile salts...." he he replied dumbfounded, " I dont know what that is" 0_o

Even if that person doesn't understand or believe the current (past 15 years) of adrenal overstress syndrome, at least the person should be up-to-date on anatomy. Just skip that person. My first question to any medical practitioner: does food affect health, hormones, weight and autoimmune risks? Some doctors still here say "you can eat whatever you want, all that does not matter" at which point I just walk out and find the next practitioner.

Tartag dz.............I was prediabetic AIC was 6.4 and brought it all the way down to a 5.8 in about 3 -5 months. Just watch some videos; avoid processsed foods and refined sugars; go for walks, ride a bike; avoid all breads, pasta and rice that are white and basically follow the South Beach Diet. Get some books from the libraray. Bottom line is just avoid all foods made of refined sugar and the carboyhdrates that spike your blood sugar. Watch some these naturopathic doctors and search reverese diabetes. I know you can do it. PS: Since you are probably taking medication, make sure you have medical supervison so your blood sugar doesn't drop too low. There are also spices like turmeric and cinnamon that lower blood sugar so make sure your doctor knows about any changes in your diet.

Eric I am not on the correct video content regard my question. I know you discuss this matter in other videos I am not finding just now to post in. I want to have you comment regard ESTROGEN found in the feed of animal meats we consume. I am a 61 year old male who has been active in athletics of many kinds literally all of my life. I began lifting weights in high school and continued to late 50’s. All through my 30’s, 40’s and 50’s I was lifting simply as an example, 350 pounds on a supine bench, 500 on a squat and 1000 in a leg press, all with no spotter and no problem. I would argue this is an example of what my body was able to do when my testosterone was supporting my abilities. In late 50’s my strength became less and less. My body muscle mass decreased about 25 pounds even though I trained just as hard. I am 6 feet at about 210 now. I can tell you I am getting about 15 pounds that do not belong around my middle and I know my testosterone levels are low. I have injectable test but wont take it as it would only cause my body to stop making my own test thus compounding my problem. I stopped lifting weights a couple of years ago as I was going downhill in strength and size. So now to the food products. My background allows me to understand EVERYTHING you say in all matters. I listen to you because I know from a bio-chemistry view your info is accurate. What you have that I do not is the experience of cause and effect made to a science. Yesterday I watched again your video discussing the No No’s of foods with estrogen products such as soy being a topic. I actually called the chicken company headquarters that freezes chicken breasts and thighs and marks their package as NO HORMONES NO ANTIBIOTICS. I learned they do in fact feed their animals GMO corn and Soy and I reminded them soy was loaded with Estrogen and how that was so detrimental to anyone eating soy products etc. So in short here is what I would like to know. I gave you my physical activity history to let you know that now that I am in my 60’s I am very aware of looking at EVERYTHING I consume. 95% of what is sold in the average grocery store and on their shelves are things I will not eat as they all contain some negative things which cause disease which I do not have in any form. My physical measures as per a doctor show as they did when I was in my 20’s. My only complaint is finding foods that are not complete trash as a food. I NEVER ‘eat out’. Here is the question. How much of an effect do you think soy fed chicken actually has or can be measured in regard to Estrogen and its effects on males or females. I know my test is low. I also know Estrogen put into my body will lower my test. So how bad is this problem to my test and Estrogen counts? To find a new source of organic chickens that do not eat GMO grains and soy is very difficult. I will not knowingly eat poison. That is what the American food industry is doing to their population all for the sake of ‘shelf life’ or a buck. It is deplorable and quite scary. Please tell me how serious in numbers regard my body are these tainted chickens?

This is interesting, I am experiencing the same thing but I wonder if it's a lack of exercise. Before quarantine I would get up and run out the door and walk everywhere throughout the day, exercise doesn't exhaust you it gives you more energy.

A lot of ppl just don't fall asleep and have their recommended hours in so that is a bit more seen cause of fatigue, but also the thyroid problem is probably a major cause for many too. I just could say I couldn't agree more with this video *5stars*
