The child died during an alleged exorcism performed by Hernandez, her brother, and her father, inside a makeshift church in San Jose, California. Prosecutors laid out what an investigation revealed in order to push the case forward to trial. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber has the horrific details of what Arely went through in the last 24 hours of her life.

My opinion. The " episode" of the three year old acting out was before bedtime... You know, the bed your UNCLE sleeps in next to you!!! Gross. I think he was doing something to this poor baby and that's why the " normally happy" toddler had a meltdown. It wasnt possession, it was a cry for help.

That actually is all very concerning. I'd sleep on the floor if my only other option was with my brother when we are both grown. Sounds to me like the toddler was having a tantrum. As toddlers do. The mom was picking up tiny things that seemed slightly different from her normal behavior and saying it was 'demons'. I didn't catch that they said she did these tantrums 'every night', just that she had a tantrum and would occasionally scream. Kids do that. They also know how the child died, meaning they did an autopsy and they would have caught if the child would have been visibly messed with. So I get why people are assuming the little girl was messed with by her uncle and while I'm not saying it didn't happen, because anything is possible - it just seems like the entire family was nuts. Also, wish people would stop comparing religious people to this family saying they are all the same. That's like saying all Christians are like Westboro Baptist.

My child got a splinter today while playing on our back deck. After about 30 seconds of not being able to get it out with the sewing needle or tweezers, i had to stop and ask for help because i couldn't take hurting him anymore even though it was to help him. Edit to add: I went to this girls youtube channle. The fact her aunt (dads sister) is in the comments defending their actions and that of her brother is just disgusting and tells me her entire family is evil. She says they came here from Elsalvador when she was 8. I wish they would have stayed there! My daughter just turned 4 , she's laying next to me and i just could NEVER IMAGINE, she's just a baby. Just bc a child is acting out while being sleepy, or crying for help bc something is going on in her life (sleeping in between your mother and uncle, may have something to do with it... sounds like Mommy dearest was trying to cover for the uncle! Still don't understand why the dad/husband isn't in the bed with his wife and child... )Or maybe the child is just going through the "terrible 3's" stage... Have you watched her videos on her YT channel? Those videos were posted AFTER her daughter was murder3d and the way she speaks, what she speaks about gave me chills. She didn't act that of a mother who just lost her baby in a horrific way. I'm also a mother, to 4. 10,8 and my you gest just turned 4. I just found out two days ago I'm pregnant with our 4th and last baby. So as a mother myself, this hits even harder as I'm sure you know exactly what I mean by that. My toddler started waking up randomly at night and would cry and just go back to sleep after I just hugged her, told her momma was here and she was safe she would fall tight back to sleep. 6 I girl had mental issues prior to even having this child. What really makes my just cry everytime I heart it is "her daughter told her mom 'please mama I love you' " like it kills me.

Well, that's a real head scratcher. The uncle slept in the same bed with his neice wth, and her behavior changed at bedtime. The little girl was the only sane one. RIP to this innocent baby, she deserved so much better.

I vividly remember when I was small being at the hospital. They needed to cath me. I was fighting. Nurses needed my mom to help hold me down. I remember crying, screaming, and flailing around. I remember my mom's eyes. She was fighting back tears. I'll remember that look in her eyes forever. She was heartbroken. From seeing me in pain, from seeing me scared, from holding me down while I was screaming. The look of desperation, heartbreak, determination, fear, sympathy, and pain. She did it because she had to. I know that. Even then, I knew that. But my fear and pain ended in about 30 seconds. I knew the whole time my mommy loved me and was trying to help me. I can't imagine the pain and fear that poor baby felt when the ones she loved and trusted tortured her

This so called mother is chewing gum and completely devoid of emotion whilst talking about her beautiful baby who is dead. The uncle sleeping in the bed of his sister and niece😮 the little girl acted up prior to going to bed each night…now l know children prolong the bedtime ritual but one has to question was something sinister going on in that bed. This little girl suffered an agonising death and not one adult in the room came to her defence . RIP Arely 🙏🙏 from Ireland 🇮🇪
