Thanks for the video. I do not want surgery, or antidepressants. I do eat chia seeds, which I grind with a coffee grinder. I'm really cautious with my lifestyle and medical stuff. But I don't want my head to always hurt a little bit. I'm 42 and they found the cyst when I was 15, and between my Dec. 2013 MRI and my July 2015 MRI the cyst shrank. (In 2013 I had just changed from a plant-strong diet to being vegan).

Just wanted to add that L-Tryptophan helps to boost serotonin as well. The gut also helps with the creation of serotonin so a good probiotic may help in that area as well. Thank you for your information. My girlfriend is suffering the ravages of Pineal cyst. Looking at all avenues and your info is very helpful. I hope some relief comes your way Evan. Hi Evan. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I had my surgery with Dr. Patel in September 2017 and I have not had any success. I have no quality of life. I turn 57 in July, so I had my career success, but so desperately want to have some quality of life and enjoy the rest of my life. I'm so disappointed in Dr. Patel. He's not the rock star they're making him out to be. I would like to chat if you have time. God bless you!

The surgery didn’t help your symptoms?

@connorwogen8106 no. Not everyone is going to be helped. I don't know the stats, but know I'm not alone. It's taken me 7yrs of not giving up to get to the bottom of the symptoms on an individual basis. I also am now suffering the effects of no pineal gland. I stopped participating in the Facebook support group when I was DM'd and told I was too negative. You won't find the truth there.

It’s the most effective method to ensure it does not come back after surgery. If I were to redo it I’d like just go with Fenestration, but at the time it seemed like the best move

@@evanbrown525 Hi Evan. I just found out I have a 1.5cm pineal cyst. Looking into the various options for surgery. Do you have any references for endoscopic surgeons? Checked out your videos and you seem to have more knowledge on it than what i can find on the web. Saw a video where you commented on endoscopy but the surgeon is in Germany. Appreciate it.
