Nikhil, I had been riding for a long time now my Hooligan Orange, believe me no need for windshield at all, I did also installed of karizma for 180/- bt it broke in small incident after that still running with stock, no need, got those shock covers for 50/- rs, made at home out of rain coat liner material.

Alloy wheel problem is present in Pulsar 200 NS/RS/AS & KTM Duke 200/390. All bikes made by Bajaj auto. May be Bajaj has done it because of cost cutting. Cracked block piston on 390 might be due to excessive heat it's engine generates
