Welcome to Day 20 of my 30-Day Challenge!
Welcome to Mat Pilates with Katie KZfaq channel. Here you will find various Mat Pilates videos from 10 min arms, 10 min butt and some classic Mat Pilates sessions. If you like what you see and want to try full 30-40 min sessions, head on over to www.matpilateswithkatie.com where I have all my pre-recorded exercise videos in my library. I am a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor and have been teaching for 20 years. My first love is Mat Pilates. I modify the exercises as needed for those clients that can't get on the ground or have some physical impairment.
Pilates is a great way to build strength, flexibility, improve balance and improve breathing. It is non-impact, gentle and easy on the body, but will really get you back in the game of life. Enjoy
