I had a stressful day, I even thought to skip today meditation. But inside me I knew I had to do it, and omg I’m grateful I did it. I felt how with every exhale my stress was getting out of my body and mind. Incredible experience! Right now, I feel so relaxed 😌 ✨ Thank you so so much✨
