See my updated 2024 routine here! : • How to get INSANE AIM ...
Hey guys, I know i've been "slacking" recently with my vids. I have been working on this project for over a month and editing it all together took quite some time. I'm planning to get back into the grind for both valorant and CSGO soon, so expect more of that.

I’m so glad to know that I’m not the only one who got addicted to improving aim. First it was improving at a specific game, then going even further on said game. And then considering other aspects of aim even if they don’t apply to the game you want to improve at. Then you want to be good at all games you play, then you want to be good at aiming in general.

you are a beast!!! I can't believe how detailed, diverse and smart this training is. Most CSGO aim routines on KZfaq are basically "I do 1hour aim bots and 1 hour matchmaking" and that's it. Having a tracking training for starts, it's very cool. Wish I had the discipline to do something like that!

A good decent routine I found for myself is to use many aim maps, I mean different locations and stuff, I used to download around 8 or 9 maps switch everyday, 3 maps per 300 kills rifle and 100 awp/scout, then 1 round of tdm, and one round of ffa pistol hs tdm. I found this to be quite usefull as it increased my accuracy and response time pretty much, does not require that much time and doesn't get boring that easy, but then I got bored with it and slacked lol. Now I don't even care about CS that much I just play for fun. Good vid pretty usefull. Oh and if somebody wants to improve without playing that much just get a better mouse, it sure did improve me, without any training I guess that kinda depends what you are already using and on the person too.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful video! I hope you don't mind me asking a somewhat unusual question. When you're practicing your aim, do you find yourself tensing up your muscles in your arms, hands, and neck? If that's the case, I'm curious if you've deliberately worked on relaxing those muscles during your training sessions. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated!
@Valkie
@Valkie 8 ай бұрын
In the beginning I would tense up so much that I would injure my right arm. It would be sore for days. I really worked on not tensing up and nowadays i’m almost fully relaxed when aim training. Of course i still tense a bit more than if i’d be doing nothing.. however it has improved significantly. So stay relaxed and try not to tense too much, you will injure yourself!

Any reason why you chose to play Kovaaks after CS:GO? I always assumed the best way to get the benefit of aim training is to play your FPS game of choice right after. Would love to hear your opinion! Awesome video, Btw! I copied your playlist and will be following your strategy for the next 30 days. I’m currently a Plat level Valorant player with 6 years of league of legends experience lol. Thx again!

@Valkie 3 жыл бұрын
I chose Kovaaks to work on my tracking, in CSGO I can't really improve my tracking as much as other games. Outside of CSGO I play like 6-8 other shooters regularly who use 103 FOV and the same sens, that's why I use KovaaKs; to keep my tracking great on 103 fov, and I play csgo to keep those crisp headshots at 4:3 90 fov.

I can definitely tell more consistency in csgo and apex from what ive tried so far, and I try to use the same fov (103 horizontal) and then the same sens as in cm/360 in every game to get the same feel. Can use mouse sensitivity website or google the free ones

@Valkie
@Valkie 2 жыл бұрын
I used to deal with a lot of soreness when grinding kovaaks for hours. The last few months I started doing warmup stretches for my arm/wrist and cooldown stretches after i’m done playing. This has actually helped me a lot and I haven’t had soreness since. I think stretching is important to keep your wrist healthy and if you search on youtube for the stretches u can find short videos explaining them :D

Hello Valkie!! I really liked your video but, you'd say it's important the sensitivity with which you train or it's something that doesn't matter. The truth is that I'm new to PC, but I don't know if I'm an arm or wrist player... When I play with low sensitivity at the end my arm hurts. Will it be normal? Thanks a lot!
@Valkie
@Valkie 3 жыл бұрын
I think you should pick what is most confortable for you, if your arm hurts a lot with a low sensitivity you should try playing a bit higher. Comfort and consistency are the most important regardless of your sens, pick what you are comfortable with and stick to it

Looking at your sens and comparing to whatever you can find on the FPSaimtrainer sub is pretty funny. You girl are dominating Kovaaks with a sens considered as " too low (high cm/rev) " , that would surely trigger some people (else they'd tell you how you can be even better in the 27-34 range , lol). Impressive , well done! You're a beast , keep the good work! Hope you can inspire more girls to focus on improving ingame rather than *showing more parts of their body on twitch*.
