A few years ago I was walking in the country with my dog when another aggressive dog came up and started barking at me. But my dog darted at the it and scared it off. I wasn’t scared but it was still so sweet and I felt so honored to have him in that moment! His name was beau beau and sadly he passed away a year ago but I will never forget what a hero he was! ❤️❤️

All of these animals deserve medals (or at least some love and affection). Some went out of their ways to protect humans (like the tiger, the lioness, the elephant, and the stray dogs), and some went up against numerous others who were twice the size of them to protect loved ones (like the mother cat). This is way I love animals!!

I watched this video with my Grandson who is 6 years old. His favorite animal hero was the cat who saved the baby from falling down the stairs!

I grew up with the neighborhoods kids and one friend had a German shepherd and his neighbor also had a shepherd. We were all playing as a group and the neighbors little brother got knocked down and started crying. Their dog stepped in front of him, beared his fangs and growled. We all fled in panic. Didn't attack but "set up the wall" that says YOU HAVE TO COME THROUGH ME". They have that protective instinct that is buried but comes up when necessary. This is a great dog.

Two dogs down the street from me. Started chasing me and my two Rottweiler were in the back yard and herd me yelling. My dad let them off the lease and they ran past me to attack the dogs chasing me. I loved those dogs.

1st favourite-I feel like the dog yeeting the snake was a really important one. It shows that the dog will do anything to protect its owner even if it takes all of the dogs strength. It’s really shows how loyal dogs are! 2nd favourite- The elephant one really shows that elephants are super intelligent and interesting. Yet they get slaughtered by humans nearly everyday! Honestly, the elephants are very gentle creatures. The elephant really tried to help the human! Even though the human was gripping onto its trunk and it could’ve hurt, the elephant really didn’t care. That’s so sweet.

I have been a dogfriend since childhood. Over a lifetime of reading and watching different creatures in different situations they collectively changed my mind about who possesses a soul. We are not alone. When a whale said, "Thank you" to five different divers and then my Boxer shifted her "nursing" from me and my damaged back to my wife at the onset of her disorder I had to admit (again) that I know nothing at all, even when I think I do.
