also being located beside tao nan school, many of the student parents drive and they will drive into the estate to drop off & pick up their children, causing jams for an hour or more inside the estate. the design of the road inside the estate cause a huge jam. Not to mention the noise from the students and crowded bus stops....

It's only a three room HDB but it surely look confusing. Plus there's a lot of dusting to do with all the shelves and ornaments displayed

Love the renovation but the 6 mirror panels in the kitchen is a nightmare to clean once you start cooking. Get ready to hire a maid just to clean the mirrors in every corner lol.

WAH BLOCK 30 MARINE CRESCENT!! I USED TO STAY THERE. WOW THE PRICE IS 10 FOLDS now MY PARENTS BOUGHT IT FOR less than 40K in 1988.

@Darren Tan true. The older the flat, the faster it will depreciate. Thats why " owner"" owner" wants to get rid of it . But i like marine parade area. With 100k, i would expect better interior design.

A 3rm corner unit on the 2nd highest floor at block 35 was sold early-mid 2019 for less than 370k. This unit is mid floor selling for 500k, the potential buyer must be a carrot head to buy it at the asking price. Who would pay 130k for this renovation which isn't even that great. And most of the video is just talking about the interior of the unit, more like you're selling the interior design and the furniture/fittings. Are the furnitures included in the transaction?

There are Rich people (Not a carrot head) who might be willing to foot this price And of cos he has to promote the interior of the house, if not then promote the exterior like though the buyers going to stay outside the house.

The full length wall mirrors is a problem... and too many furniture etc for a 3 rm flat

The ID design is over done. Too much customized carpentry work. It's dangerous to have big pieces of mirror in the kitchen and it's difficult to maintain, especially if you are cooking often.

I saw the floor plan for this unit at your website. The original layout for the bedroom has no access to washroom. Is approval needed from HDB to hack a connecting way from bedroom to washroom in kitchen??

Khryse TaoBao You are not eligible to buy a HDB unit unless you are a Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident. Even if you meet these requirements, there are further criteria to meet before purchase of a HDB unit.

The noun storage can be countable or uncountable. The plural form can also be storages e.g in reference to various types of storages or a collection of storages which Adrian illustrated during the flat's tour.
