This week myself and Danny decided to tackle a monster 30m slackline. I knew it was going to be hard but didn't quite expect it to take it as long as it did.

Slack lines are great fun but remember to wrap the tree in something to protect the bark. A couple of layers of cardboard and an old towel, stops the strop biting in. .... and risking killing the trees!!

Man thats awesome! I have a short slack line and they are so much more skittish than you'd think and I hear the longer they are the bigger the wiggle gets!

Cracking video! if you guys want to up the anti? See if you can get hold of a more traditional slack line with 1 inch wide tape. They feel sooo much nicer to walk on as they are narrower and don’t twist as much also the rebound and stretch is a lot smoother. However they are much more narrow and move a lot more but I think on a bike it would be very hard but a very different feel. Keep up the vids boys

1" Wide means *EASIER!!!* (if you take the *Tires OFF* so that the Rim 'Cuddles and Spoons' the SlackLine...) [I think I miss my girlfriend...] (This doesn't really make the *Balance* any easier, just helps prevent 'Premature' Exit from loss of Wheel/Line Contact...)

@@peterlang5047 A highline is just a slackline that is high. We are attached to the line in case of falls, and we take precautions to make everything as safe as possible.

Is slacklining on a bike easier or harder than on foot? It seems to be more stable, but much easier to fall off. Slacklining annoys me - because I'm crap at it, and I hate being crap at physical stuff! Unicycling is the same.

to master this, take the tires off and ride on the rim until you are use to it, then put the tires back on to master this.
