A super sweaty + challenging 30-min. full body strength workout 🔥. All you need is a long resistance band (I use a light band) and your mat. I included 3 different levels for you to work at your individual capacity. Challenge yourself!! See you on the mat 👋🏼.

Please note: this is an EMOM-workout-style.
EMOM = every minute on the minute
You start working on a new exercise every minute. Make sure to choose a level of repetitions (top right on screen) that allows for about 10s of rest per minute 🙏🏼.

Every single time I do this workout, whether I go all in, or need to pace myself, I always leave feeling amazing, and sweaty af. This, and the single dumbbell emoms have become my go-to during a busy work week.

Really enjoyed this workout and some of the other 25 min mobility workouts. I feel so much better after these workouts than I do with the standard weight lifting I’ve done my entire life because I don’t feel tight after. Please do more band workouts in the future! Thank you!

Hey Scarlet :) These are meant to be an orientation for you depending on your current fitness level - so everyone can participate at their own intensity. Pick a level and try to stick to the rep ranges shown for every exercise!

What size do you recommend? The one I have is like 30-40 lbs and that sounds insane. I previewed the workout and it looks amazing! I might just die and try it with the thick band.

Mine is a light one (second-lightest I believe). You could also try lowering the reps if you decide to work with a band that’s a lot heavier ☺️🙏🏼

Surely resistance training does help weight loss or body re-composition from a sports science understanding. But weight loss is very much dependent on a overall caloric deficit (very simplified speaking). That being said: On this channel we focus more so on functionality, building a healthy & fit body whereas aesthetics comes second. So all of my videos have that in mind - moving with integrity, learning new skills & challenging oneself and not doing workouts “just to burn calories”. :) That doesn’t mean however that weight loss is a “bad” goal - not at all 🙏🏼.

I really like the workout itself, it meets me where I'm at in terms of experience, but I don't like the lack of structure of this workout, the small screen of which workout is next is too small and the 10 second setup is not enough time to move the band.
