Loved this!!! Im on a deload week so this was perfect 👌 tougher than it looks!!! Added some standing chest flyes at the end 😊

Apple Watch: traditional strength Active calories: 248 Total calories: 318 Average hr: 119 but got up to 165 bpm Awesome workout! Love the strength training ones out can’t do them first thing in the morning like the walking workouts 😅😅 Used 6-12 pound dumbbells ❤

I really appreciate your balanced approach to fitness and your appreciation for good effective workouts, but also for rest and recovery days. I admire that you can exercise restraint and avoid posting workouts everyday in a climate where overexercising is being elevated to the necessary norm for the average person. Its comforting.
