The sheer amount of chaturanga in this one was brutal, as was the dolphin -> chaturanga -> plank -> down dog -> dolphin -> updog -> chaturanga -> plank -> down dog sequence. But it was great! I felt so accomplished at the end that I managed to keep up. I started two months ago covered in sweat and aching after doing one of your easiest classes and now I'm doing this kind of class every day (still covered in sweat, but stronger). Thanks for all the free classes, your teaching has helped me tremendously and I feel stronger, happier, more flexible, and healthier doing these every day. They also happen to be a great stretch before the gym :)

It was definitely on the harder side, but I’m proud that after 2 years of doing yoga with you, I was able to complete it without too much sweating. The breathing was a challenge because of the faster flows, but this is something I can work on. Thank you.

With the many things life throws at us this practice was very much needed. It was challenging but all I was thinking of is 'breathing' and doing the stretching to flow to the next position. Thank you! I'm a beginner at this and will definitely do this session again! ❤️🙏❤️
