For the fist story if someone smashed my head into a cake I would be fuming and idk how the whole family even went on his side

I feel for the 11 year old in the first story. This would always happen in school when I was younger and I actually felt like I wasn’t doing well and I didn’t deserve to be treated fairly. what was even worse was this I had strict ass parents that would always get disappointed at me because in parent meetings my teachers would literally say that I was disrespectful in class even though I was the quiet kid and I was also above the expected grade. Like one time I got full marks on my test and then my teacher said that I was distracting others and if I wasn’t talking in class so much they could have also gotten full marks. My whole life I was taught that if someone said that I was in the wrong, it WAS my fault, however in most cases it wasn’t at all

Honestly 1st story I think he’s the asshole because really there can’t be just the same people but in a way I also I think the teacher is an asshole but idk. But what she does is good and that she puts people who actually show a difference (this is my opinion, in this story I think both sides are assholes).

the mom of the first story was the a-hole, she's just overreacting, she always wants her daughter to shine, who knows maybe her daughters a spoiled brat too, we can see how her daughter will behave just by seeing the mother. That woman need to calm down and tell her daughter its not a big deal and not to care about chocolates and to study for herself. And if she really wanted to reward her, then she can do it out of hwr own pocket
