As a Bristol Rovers fan I have high regard for Darrell Clarke. DC is a legend back here in the West Country and always will be to us Gasheads....... I love his honesty, he speaks his mind and the truth, we're doing OK with Joey Barton and he has grown in popularity after our Promotion back in May but tbh we do miss Darrell. Been a supporter for almost forty years, the club is in a very healthy place at the moment. We will struggle at times next season and have dark days I'm sure, so togetherness will be crucial. We do need three or four players as well, keeper and a goalscorer priority.

Seriously, this is the best leadership team Port Vale has had in my 45 Years as a Vale fan….keep united !!! you are creating something very special, great staff and great players. God bless you Carol.

The narrative from DC,Carol, Flickers are superb,they know exactly what is needed for this club to progress, They are committed to getting this club into the championship at some point in the near future..and I for one can't wait to see us back in it...

Flickers is flabbergasted at how well things have been going he can't put his finger on it - the person to the right of you is the reason this club is successful, I'm not taking anything away from every other area at the club but Carol is the Commanding Officer.

Great video! It's amazing how the ideas can flow when your away from it all in a different environment! Talking of championship ready, I can't help but feel that a certain Gareth Ainsworth would be a good person in terms of picking some brains about his experience in the championship with Wycombe, did remarkable last season too with the points tally, play off final etc when you consider the likes of Sunderland are a far bigger club!

What a fuck up this was, our 'Pre-season' was August. Sacrificing the first month of the season was a shocking decision, ad now look where we are.
