I mentioned Al Anderson on your 30 minute interview video. Here you mention him so sorry about that. Sister Rosetta Tharpe is buried in the cemetery where my wife is buried. I always put a guitar pick on her tombstone when I visit. Don't forget Zally of the Spoonful and Tony Hicks of the Hollies. Great guitarists that get left behind because they played in Top 40 bands. "Nashville Cats" was written about seeing a young Danny Gatton in a Nashville Holiday Inn bar. One guy you should check out is Lee Van Winkle. He was in the Philly band, American Dream in the 60s and played on some of Todd Rundgren's early stuff. I use to see him in a restaurant as part of a trio, Don Rock and Dave Roll. They did 50s stuff and the drummer played a cardboard box instead of a drum.
