Brought a tear to my eye because it reminded me of all the lessons and drills I went through as a kid on the courts. Gonna do these once again at my own pace and get back in fighting shape so I can own the court again like I used to!🗿 Thank you for sharing these drills🍺

Great drills, I have a question though. On drill 12 she is hitting in the closed stance, but in drill 11 which is the same drill working the forehand she is hitting open stance. Why isn't she hitting open stance on the bh in drill 12 as well?

You play majority of backhands in closed stance even in modern tennis. Forehand on other hand in open stance. That solely couls be a reason
