From my research it seems the Crown Royals are the easiest to operate compared to other brands. Would you agree? Some of these boilers you almost need an HVAC degree to run.

How many cords do u go through, sqft house vs shop also temps per.

First year with the 7400e,heating 8500 sq ft. Works well. I noticed the nozzle is cracked already.

How many cords did you end up using this past winter? Are you burning fully seasoned wood?

I only burn in the winter months> that being said from January ~march I burnt 5 cords, conventional boiler would have been closer to 8 ~9

We are heating 5000sqft of house, a 30x40 shop and all of our domestic hot water! The heat is all in floor!

5000 all in floor heat and we keep the 30x40 shop at 65 with it as well so 6500 all together and domestic hot water as well!
