It is expected for them to not know the ingredients which would supplement the grilled bread and butter. They are doing these so that they can get extra amount from their customers; so that more people come to their shop. And yes, he did put a shit ton of cheese and butter, that's true.

Me who orders panner mostly 200 gm Rs. 70 Seller proving 250 gm paneer So. 87.5 rs. The he puts cheese , sauce, bread , veggies N he gets profit too by selling at 120 rs. Rip paneer quality🙏

its fake paneer and most of street vendors use it, there are news channels who even made documentry type many years ago but no action taken. The videos are still there just search 'fake paneer'
