As someone who uses art/hobbies as a form of pain management because I am disabled and can't work, I am 1000% behind this video. I definitely understand the frustration of not being able to do what you want to do (and I have also experienced the fear of not wanting to sneeze because it will friggin hurt, doing a weird half-sneeze and a kind of sob-laugh when your friends/family look at you like you've lost your mind 😂) but love that you worked your way through it and figured out how to work within your limitations. I hope that your back is much better now and you're back to being friends with your cake spinner 😂

Also ‐ hush those other guys, that painting looked like a gorgeous galaxy or nebula! I am definitely with you about the pthaelo turquoise - that deep teal shade is my favourite colour and it should be in every painting ever, especially in a metallic and shimmery version! Never stop using it. It's too beautiful!

I'm so much better than I was at Christmas. I'm actually able to be up and about quite a bit. But I have to do all my painting sitting down. I only get up to blow and to get better perspective. Then I sit back down. 😁😆

Every time you bent over I was screaming at my TV. 1: first painting and colors were great. 2. Second one with light ca - also great. I loved the shape. 3. Elliot should yell at you - he should also carry that spinner in from your car to the studio. 4. Put down the skewer!!!!! 5. Can’t believe you made a third. Was waiting for Elliot to come down and haul you away. 6. Oh, nice pink gloves 🧤 7. ✨ sparkle fest. 8. I didn’t want you to spin the last bloom. Know you had to. It was beautiful. 9. Hello from Ottawa Been there done that. Hot bath before bed and Robax. Ice for 10 min. not longer. Then Heating magic bag, no longer than 15 min. Messy Marvin didn't want to make a mess 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for sharing even though you're in pain. And we love you.

All are very pretty, !! hope you feel better soon !! That blow dryer is almost impossible to find any more, very rarely in stock through any site/store & when it does come back in stock, in spurts, the price has been jacked up to $50 + due to it being in high demand since several Artists have been promoting it so much. CVS used to also carry it & even they are on extreme back order for them. That world's smallest blower used with better nozzle attachments I purchased from another Artist works amazing for Blooms. !! Look forward to seeing more videos when you heal & are up & about !!! 😊😊

I’ve had several serious back issues and you have to be extra careful with lifting once you’ve compressed a disc. Take care of yourself lovie. ❤️🇨🇦. Oh, the paintings and you are fabulous as always.

It's so gorgeous, I really luv the vibrant pastels shimmer at the edges. I just found your videos. I'd seen you with Tammy & Kanela Now go rest your neck ice or heat if it helps. Avoid over head activity. If no one has told You're too young to have a hurt neck. Take care. I had a similar sitch C3-4 when I was 28yr.

My heart hurts for you, Lisa. Your struggle is more real, than many will realise. I have two discs, in my lower back, one is pressing, severely on my Sciatica, which causes numbness and tingling down my left leg and I lose all power in my leg. It has improved over time, a little and I’ve learned to adapt. Continue resting and don’t do anything to aggravate your injury. The more you look after you, hopefully, your body will heal as best it can. Listen to your Doctor and Specialist. To stop from sneezing, say ‘Pineapple’ a few times, until you feel the sneeze has gone. It does work 🤣. Maybe you can take this time and begin embellishing some of your paintings, while in bed resting ? Sending you love and healing ♥️💥🙏💐💐💐🙏

Oh Lisa, I so understand your need to create even when your hurting. The creative desire inside some cannot be denied no matter what form it takes. It eases something in our soul, puts a smile on our heart, gives a feeling of accomplishment. It’s something that has to come out to express ourselves. I’m sorry your hurting and hope it starts to heal soon for you. I broke my tailbone a few years ago so sitting to paint was impossible, all I could do was lay on my side because even standing hurt! So I lay on the bed and coloured with pencils lol! Took a long time healing and was the start of a downward spiral for a few years, but I still had to create with colour . My favourite was the first one though I loved the blue used in the other two. I think I’m a metallic whore lol Thank you for this video despite the pain and your hilarious!💗🇨🇦

Hi Lisa! Love your colors! Stellar pour, as always. 🌈❤️🌈 Etsy has long hoses (12-24 inches set is either narrow width or wide) that you can get so you don't have to bend over and hurt your back. 😎 Or you try to get one of those infant nasal extraction squeeze thingies to get short puffs of air. 😉😜😂

Wow Lisa I think it turned out gorgeous and I love the color palette. I feel your pain hun I've got three disc in my lower back have to go see a surgeon on the 31st and that's not all but I won't bore you with my details. And this is probably a question for this early Heart Group what brands can you use for the ca? Seems like I was reading in the course there was other brands but I don't think they were mentioned. And thanks for sharing this video like I said I feel your pain and I hope you get better soon. ❤️

I love these colors. I love that you are called to paint. BUT as a person with herniated discs please have it checked by a dr and follow treatment plans because I didn’t and for almost 20 years I have been very limited in what I can do and I would hate for you to not be able to paint anymore.

Lisa I am so sorry, i wish I had good advice. Listen to your body, if it says ENOUGH then stoop and rest. I had my whole neck fused, I hope you have enough help.
