This is huge! I'm sure the 10% is a normal practice that I've never been enlightened to. THANK YOU SO MUCH Kristen. I'd love to see a tutorial in Facebook ads! I've looked into a bit, and was completely overwhelmed, but I know ads are my next step.

Run ads to collect emails...that's where the $$$ is. A email is way more valuable than any amount of products sold. The more emails you collect the less ads you run. It's harder to sell through ads if nobody knows you. But they'll give you an email for a free product. That's the secret sauce....

Kristen, have you considered selling your flex classes on TPT? I was thinking we could upload a class packaged in a google drive folder or a nearpod slide deck or something like that. Im looking for a girl gang who wants to experiment with this with me 😊. It would be more passive than a flex class because no follow up with students and no prepping the classroom every time a new student(s) starts a class. 🤔🤔🤔

Also classroom teachers could use the video lessons when they have a sub (or they need a break or they lose their voice etc).

Hi! I thought given this some thought before, but my flex classes are scripted around that constant communication with me throughout the classes. I've thought about re-doing parts of it flex classes and putting them on TpT!

Hey girlie! 👋🏼 Completely agree with everything you said and think marketing can be an amazing tool for growth. Im curious if your sales last year for September were higher than your sales in August? For me personally and for a lot of TPT sellers, September tends to be the highest or at least one of the highest months of the year. I am interested to see if your marketing efforts are a bit inflated due to the month, or if they are performing as well as you think. Im considering starting a few ads for my shop and am dying to see how your marketing efforts are paying off over the next few months! Thanks for sharing as always ❤
