Smart! I read that you can just unhook the vacuum line to the EGR. if you apply vacuum to the inlet on the EGR it opens the passage. Its only if its broken open that removing the vacuum won't matter.

the vacuum valves work with the vcv to regulate the vacuum. the vcv vacuum valves on in the valve cover help the vcv to drop the vacuum to zero upon acceleration. why didn't you just replace the egr????????????¿???¿? unbelievable!!!!!¡

Yes I'm working on mine right now and it was leaking and it suited up the whole motor compartment trash the car now I have to put degreaser and magic clean to get all the stuff out from underneath my hood and I'm going to put a freeze plug down in the whole bought nicer turbo small side hot large side cold been doing my homework I'm turning the boost down I'm putting a management system on it I'm putting gauges on it trying to get four or five hundred horsepower out it should really run good this time I'm turning the pump up all the way and if I'm not happy with that I'm going to buy $1,000 custom injector pump

Mine isn’t work anyhow, it was blocked with carbon and the vacuum pod was bad so all I did was fix a potential leak

EGR valve of each diesel engine, is the worst thing that human can make, because it return the exhaust gas right into the manifold and into the engine and thats really hurt and clogged the engine with garbage. It influence of the longevity of the engine and has no benefit at all if it's there, so the most important thing is if you have a diesel engine is to delete it.

You saw the crud being returned to the manifold? That is worst than anal jizz for the engine😅
