This is going to be a multiple part video. Nissan 300zx z32 complete overhaul of the a/c system and r12 to R134a conversion. Replacement of the evaporator core and all o-rings updated and replaced. new tt condensor, new compressor discharge line with safety valve, rebuilt compressor, new reciever/ drier and all lines and hoses reused were flushed of any Ester oil. compressor took 4oz pag oil and another 2oz was injected in with new r134a. a/c is ice cold now and all updated. I will also try to show how to convert the r12 pre94 box to use the only available r134a evap core.
