Hi I would like to understand what’s the project cost mentioned in your videos, is that only construction cost or that’s the land+construction cost. Because an additional interior cost doesn’t justify as separate cost. But I would mention that your deal FMS are just awesome and I haven’t seen these before.

Project cost is the cost of the semi-furnished building. Interior cost is the cost of furniture & decorative items. Land cost is not included
