This is a unique design. But we have to think about what is the height allowed by municipal or corporation to incorporate these many levels. But Kudos to the design though

I love all your designs. Very contemporary and minimalist. You utilize every space of the land. Can you also do a 20 x 30 feet facing West / 600 sqf 8x10 meters. - 4 bedroom with bathroom - 1 Car Garage - utility room - open kitchen / living / dining room - pool if possible - sun roof - lots of glass and natural lights

These days even those who are living in rented house have 2 cars. Family having 4bhk normally have 2 cars and 2-3 bikes/scooters. Swimming pool needs to be 10*22 atleast for a relaxation therapy.

Very good best design 🔥🔥🔥 aag laga di, greenline can you bring same concept in 20*60 south facing. Down floor consist for rent purpose only. Rest part for home.

What kind of walk-through is this🤦‍♂️and you haven't even specified the site and its typology...you can't just design a house for some random site..and you're cramping all spaces...atleast a realistic render would have been better...

Always stupid house plans by GA, two plots doesn't have gaps between them, one can easily enter this house from side or from back. You should consider all the facts while planning.
