Hi Deepanshu and DV studio team. Your videos are very creative and different. Below is my request, kindly accommodate if you can: 33X50sqft, North facing plot. Duplex house. 3BHK G Floor: Planning to have parking area for a car and 2 bikes. Living Room (comparatively spacious), Pooja, Dining hall, Modular kitchen (comparatively spacious), common bath&toilet, 1 bedroom and washing area (could be in/out) 1st Floor: Family lounge w/tv unit, 2 bed rooms with attach bathrooms, 1 study room (Due to WFH 😉), open sitout/balcony. Keep doing the good work and keep inspiring! Thank you.

Bhai zabardast video, You are the best house design youtuber in India. Mujhe ye design bohot pasand aaya, Mere bhi plot ka size approx same hai 30x50 but mujhe living area thoda bada chahiye, room 5 ki jagah 4 bhk, no open kitchen, west facing, corner plot (Ghar ke east aur north me other's property), budget 50 lakh (if not possible in this budget, comment krke bta dena)

Thanks for your awesome videos. Can you please design a 12bhk house in which we have 2bhk on the ground floor and 5-5bhk on the 1st and 2nd floor. Every room should have an attached washroom. Need this because I have a huge joint family of 20 members. We only need 1 Kitchen on the ground floor. The plot size is not fixed yet, we are searching for a good size plot, so you can expect a size of 50 x 100 or above as per your designs. If you need more details then you can reply to this comment. Hi Bro...I am your follower from long time. I really like your plans and designs its unique. My only suggestion is for 5bhk plan also you provide only one car parking and most of the videos is any one have one car two bike it's hard to fit in most of the plans. Please concentrate on parking space too. This is just my humble suggestion not pointing out.

Vai. Plot area 25*60 ground floor business purpose and 1st floor full single family residential purpose design karo. OTS mat dena.3 bedroom or utility space rakhna kitchen ke side me.1 attach or 1 common toilet thik hai. Or puja room badiya chahiye. I'm eagerly waiting for your model. Sir meri jo requirement hai .aisa design apne abhi tak nahi bnaya hoga . Plot size to 100 by 100 hai . But land covered 35 by 40 chahiye double story No ots needed you can give as much as window as needed and no parking inside home design is needed Parking k liye alg se jgah hogi 5 bedroom niche 3 upar 2 Front pe ek side living area or ek side. Bedroom . Niche 2 bed+ attach bathroom 1 common Upar 2 bed + attach Upar dono door k sath balcony Or upar bhut chota ek kitchen Or iske backside pe milimistic elevation rakhna hai kyuki dono side road hai agy or piche entry dono side

Hey brother. You're doing a great job. Found your video a week back, and have been binge watching them since. Can you upload a video on a 1500 sq ft plot, of dimension 30 * 35 feet, 3 bhk, and 1 room for an entertainment room, like where i can enjoy movies and all. Also i would like a lawn in the remaining area that's left from 1500 sq. ft. Duplex, ofcourse. And rest are your creativity. Waiting for you to accomplish this challenge as well. 😉

सर हमारा प्लाट 30×60 पश्चिम दिशा का है तीनो साइड मे मकान बने हुवे है हमे ग्राउड फ्लोर पर दो जीना एक अंदर और एक बाहर का हो और दो कमरे एटैच , ड्राइंग डाइनिंग, किचेन और दो बाथ रूम और फस्ट फ्लोर पर तीन कमरे एटैच , किचन चाहिये ताकि फस्ट फ्लोर को जरूरत पडने पर किराये पर दिया जा सके।
