Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is an action-adventure video game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for PlayStation 4. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is an action-adventure game played from a third-person perspective, with platforming elements. The player assumes control of Nathan Drake, who is physically adept and is able to jump, sprint, climb, swim, scale narrow ledges and wall-faces to get between points, swing with a rope, use a grappling hook and perform other acrobatic actions. Drake can use various weapons to attack enemies. Stealth elements are incorporated into the game, allowing the player to sneak up to enemies and attack them without being noticed, and has been further expanded upon from previous games, allowing Drake to mark enemies and hide in long grass. The melee combat system was reworked to avoid the presence of quick time events, and Drake can control vehicles directly.

Kristina Ma I actually found out the more detailed and realistic something is in a game the less likely you are to spot it since we tend to not focus on things we see in every day life which are realistic. It’s insane to think about!

2 years later too, people find fine and small details which are subtle touches to the gameplay which makes this game amazing!!! Naughty Dog is truly an amazing developer who puts care into every single detail and game.... Of course they are a first party studio so it’s a given... If every developer was like this, well... we would have only legendary games..

I can’t believe this game lost the game of the year to OVERWATCH! A game that feels like a bait and switch for single player gamers by showing off awesome cinematic trailers with intriguing stories only to have it be a multiplayer only game and charge 60$ for it.

Uncharted should in no way be called an "interactive movie", interactve movies are bad 100% strict linear games with complete limited and short gameplay, zero details, bad gameplay, and the short limited gameplay getting always interrupted with annoying and boring endless long cutscenes every 15 minutes or so after the short mini-levels are finished (for example Metal Gear or The Order 1886 are interactive movies, but Uncharted is not, it`s an beyond awesome semi open world actiongame.) Hmmmm Overwatch? Isn`t Overwatch that worthless multiplayer shit with that ugly Nintendo 64 WoW style graphics? Not even worth a look or a free demo after having seen some of these worthless ugly sci-fi-multiplayer-arena-onlineshootertrash screenshots. Not even worth pirating Overwatch because the space on the harddisk is to precious for a complete worthless multiplayer trash. But on the other hand a steelbook version of Uncharted 4 would look nice on the PlayStation Pro BluRay shelf................ Thank god the PlayStation Pro has so many great offline singleplayer game jewels to choose from :)

Also good to note that the APC that chases you through the city has 2 of the biggiest guns you can find in the game (DhSK) mounted on the top, and they get destroyed at the end of the chase, that’s why it tries to just ram Nate and Sam in the end

Honestly that Weapon Strap was the best thing ever. I hate when your character puts a gun on his back and it’s like the gun is just magnetic or some shit. I’ve noticed that a lot of games nowadays do that. Which I’m very happy about.. it’s the little things like not having weapon straps or weapon holsters that just eat away at me. I mean.. I just wanna be able to see that the gun be placed somewhere instead of seeing it magically stick to your back or have it stuck to your hip or just magically disappear. And if you don’t have a weapon strap then maybe just hold the gun.. like they did in Max Payne 3. I’m sure they’ve done things like that in multiple games. I’m just giving an example.

I mean, i knew of a lot of them, but a fair few i didn't. Naughty Dog and the Uncharted games never fails to amaze me. I praise them (Naughty Dog) SO much for their incredible attention to detail and that will always be why i especially love Uncharted

Nice video. The little and subtle details like these makes a good game 'Great'. Naughty Dog improved this series and set the bar high for other developers. One more little detail. During the opening of Madagascar chapter when Nathan starts the Jeep (cut scene) if you notice the Speedometer needle you can appreciate the level of detail put in by the developers. The old vehicles which didn't have any modern electronics and didn't have separate engine RPM meter will do a self diagnostic check like the Speedometer needle reaching the maximum range allowed (goes till the maximum speed position) and comes back to the initial position when starting them. The Jeep does that. That level of attention to detail is outstanding.

Sorry if you've already covered this before, but at detail #22, if you walk up to the table where the item list is, and you stay there, the three guys stood together start talking and one of them tells a whole story, it's brilliant. Such a cool touch that's probably only really noticed if you're a slow player like me and you spend too much time hanging around stood still! Fab video xx

another realistic detail AT 9:46 when the bomb explodes Nate got a small shock just like we get something happens super fast and sudden

Sic Parvis Magna. Man, maybe most of these details have gone unnoticed by me, until now. But I'm not at all surprised by the amount of detail and love Naughty Dog puts into their games. It's something else.

8:17, another important detail that if you jumped like that and pressed O he will not struggle and he will do a roll right when he reaches the ground
