I was wondering if you could please elaborate more on 'relevant work ex' because I'm a fresher preparing for different MBA entrances(2023) but I've no work ex, although I've done an internship. So does it mean that all my efforts will go in vain as most of the MBA institutes ask for work experience? Shall I take up any temporary job so that I have relevant work experience and fulfill eligibility criteria of different institutes before I join one next year? PLS HELP.

Yes its true that xlri makes their students placed in company for 30 lakh package but the student should have caliber then only its possible and the critical thinking ability the thing which mam u mentioned that is decision making by considering all the matters like client , junior , dept etc. How to develop this ability because a common man cannot get this without a job or working under some good experienced ppl and before taking admission in xlri we should have this ability how it can be done any suggestions?
