All these people who comment about small windows, poor interiors, furniture etc Understand this that in real estate only 2 things matter 1. The location. 2. The usable space available If someone can spend crores on purchasing a property, that person can spend another lot of big bucks to spruce it up.

Excellent, can be compared with Malibu, sea side bungalows of California, but open to sky terrace is missing....These apartments should have a terrace for gardening and throwing small parties...elevator should have been there and staircase is not wide enough..... Otherwise stunning....

So much money, and such small bed rooms, bath rooms look ugly, no balconies in any rooms, all rooms are rectangular, no pantry room, kitchen is elongated small, please do not compare American new houses,mansion to indian expensive apartments,indian people have a bad taste for sure.the Windows look ugly.i find everything in india is ugly, only good food and cricket, late LM,NMO,YOGI ADI,RSS
