Why would they smell? They are not cysts, just blackheads. They don't have a smell. Just old cysts do.

I agree with Kelly Burke. These pimples are not infected, therefore their smell is like natural human tissue. Anyone who has ever popped a pimple that’s not infected would know that, although the presence of blood may convey a mild rusty scent.
