If professional hedge fund managers and tier one prop traders have red days it shouldn’t be a surprise that YT Daytrading “gurus” have red days. The difference between the two is the professional group gets fired for violating their Daily Risk Budget. The latter buys more evals.

Hit my personal daily loss on 4 topstep accounts myself today. Topstep locked me out and I survived to trade another day. It does not feel good. That is what I get for trading from my iPad while on the road. I should have never brought my iPad with me. I was trading blind.

Today was a type of day to trade "Micro scalping" with 1/2 Mini lots max... if you're efficient and precise at executing playing the NQ on tight Range bound choppy days! If not then rule of thumb for me - Do not force the hand further to make the drawdown worse on a day like today! Always come back another day to play more cleaner, stable Price Action!

blowing up sucks, but you'll have that on these big jobs. you got a system and you had conviction in it, sometimes it just doesnt go. take solace in the red headed stepchild (the other one) blowing up. at least you got a system, that mf just be like "this looks good" and fire 7 accounts on minis into it.
