अच्छा प्रयास। संयुक्त सी टी पी टी मिटरिंग ईकाई को ईनर्जी मीटर बताया गया है, मीटर संभवतः कंट्रोल रूम में है। तीनों फेज लाइटनिंग ऐरेस्टर को शाॅट कर अर्थ नही करना चाहिए बल्कि तीनों लाइटनिंग ऐरेस्टर को स्वतंत्र रूप से बिना खम्मा को स्पर्श किये अर्थ करना चाहिए।

Talk about a very dangerous substation , Right are the beginning of the video , Look at the fence on the left , It's between 3 and 4 feet high and no danger signs posted on the fence , All the equipment is very dangerously close to the ground and with the low fence , Kids can easily go in there and get killed instantly , With 33,000 volts , You don't have to touch it to get electrocuted , It will jump out and strike a person down if they get close enough to it All other substations have a fence that's 8 to 10 feet high with barbed wire or a solid wall with danger signs posted all the way around the substation and the equipment is put up high enough so anyone who goes in there can't reach up and touch live wires while standing on the ground , This substation is death just waiting to happen , Especially if there are young kids around The least thing they can do is put up a high fence with barbed wire or a solid wall to keep persons out of there
