Thanks for your comment! This hotel was by far the best hotel I've stayed in ... 👍 However, the rooms are large and beautiful, but there are no services such as all-you-can-drink or public baths. Which one is better depends on the person, but there is no doubt that this hotel is great.

It's definitely not $33 USD now, not even close. I tried to book a Minimalist double room for a person on a Monday in October of this year. Even with the non-refundable, non-modifiable, non-cancellable, non-breakfast included rate, it's asking for 23,087 Yen or around $156 USD per night.

こんにちは。ここも含めゲートホテルはコロナ禍の間にオープンした所が多いので、今のところ値段も安くお得感が満載ですが、そのうち値段は上がっていくでしょうね。特に有楽町のゲートホテルはあの立地であの値段で大丈夫か？？といつも心配になります。泊まるなら今のうちです（もう遅いかも）。

I loved the layout of the room and the nice toiletries provided. Notice that the bathroom has see-through glass door, so is there a shade or blinds that we can use for privacy? Thank you.

Thanks for your comment! It was the first time that there was a bath salt in the amenity! The size and layout of this room makes this price really good. I was also worried that the bathroom door was completely transparent lol. There are no blinds in the bathroom, and the windows in the room have curtains that completely block it 👍Thanks.

Thanks for your comment! Basically, the bath in a Japanese home has a separate space for washing the body and a bathtub, and the two are combined into a bathroom! The same toilets and bathrooms that are often found in hotels are often found in cheap condominiums, apartments and hotels.

Thank you for that video! Definitely going to memorize this place. Seemed really good! Now for a really really dumb question... You state: 33$ (or for me 25ish€) per Person. The room clearly was for too people. Do you pay 66$/50€ when you're alone? Or is it still the prices you mentioned? :D

Thanks for your comment! I really recommend this hotel 👍 This room seems to be a room that can accommodate up to 2 people, and this time I stayed with a friend and 2 people. If I choose this hotel when traveling alone, it depends on the financial situation at that time, but I think it is a great hotel to be one of the candidates! However, this room is too large to be alone, so I personally think it's best to use it for anniversaries with your partner lol

At that time, COVID-19 was still prevalent in Japan, so there were few tourists and hotel prices were low. That’s cheaper than my rent for the month. I would gladly stay at a hotel instead. No need to purchase furniture, bath items, coffee, sheets, pillows, blankets. I would just move in with some clothes and iphone 🤣

It was I stayed on weekdays this time, so I was able to stay at this price. In Japan, the difference between holiday charges and weekday charges is very large. Click bait!!! Is there some kind of misunderstanding here? I went to search for the hotel and found the cheapest room at 600 usd aka more than 61,000 yen per night. Thought I found the wrong hotel. I then click on the link and found it to be correct. It is really expensive😱😱😱😱 totally not under 50. Even with seasonality the price doesn't go from one extreme to another like that

It's too different from the price I stayed 💦 Please check again if you searched under the same conditions as the video (number of guests: 2 people, staying without meals, weekdays, not during busy season), if it is the same room (essential double room), and if it is only the price on other dates. .. I also looked at it now, and the price was rising again due to the recovery of inbound, but it was about 5000 JPY to 6000 JPY per person. This hotel ranges from cheap to fairly expensive plans. It is possible that there were many reservations for the dates you searched for, and only plans with fairly high prices remained. If you can't find at least 61000 JPY, please post a link.

I stayed on an off-peak weekday in early May so I was able to stay for $33, but prices seem to be going up now that the peak season is approaching and inbound tourism is picking up. However, even now, I was able to stay for $37 per person on Rakuten Travel, the site where I made my reservation, if you use the sale, and even if not on sale, you can stay for about $45-$50 (depending on the day, there may not be any cheap plans left). I think it was cheaper because the coronavirus was in full swing, especially during the time I stayed. If possible, I would like to have enough influence to change hotel prices...:)

Is it close to the Yamanote Line? Is this in Asakusa?

Thanks for your comment!! Yes, it is close to Asakusa. The nearest station to the hotel is not on the Yamanote Line. The nearest station is Ryogoku Station, served by the JR Chuo and Sobu Lines and the Toei Oedo Line:)

This place for 30 40 $ is excellence for the price, for 30 $ You can get capsule hotel and every time You turn on the bed You hit a wall and wake up....they should call it coffin hotels not the capsule hotels....well some of the capsule hotels are ok, but can not be compared to THIS, and the internet coffees places...uh You need to be die tired to fall in to sleep at the place. TH

How beautiful is this for 33 dollars won't see this in the USA. I he they learn from Japan and get this over there. Everything is to high with no amenities. Unless they charge you more.and hotel prices are out of control.80 to 250 dollars PLUS more.get 0.JAPAN WI NS ON how to treat guests .

👀 ↗Looks like a really clean, cozy & comfy luxurious hotel room show by the attached 🎥; are the advertisement of cost of room $33 per night(?) in Japan money; or in American money 👀 looks toooo goooood to be true to enjoy such beautiful hotel room setup for $33 per night(?).↗I wonder; just a bit, are the person's that advertising the cost of hotel room, advertising the cost of payment as $33 per night(?) just to get response/s of what person/s would list comment/s about and or were the advertiser charged such (special rate of $33 per night(?)) for hotel room maybe because did some kind of business for customer servicing person/s of hotel; but, cost are not the cost of what other person/s would be charged; I'm just commenting in saying in fairness; plus, because, there's some advertisements that's not real honest; but, only to get person/s to do for to change the price to say that the advertisement were only for a short time; but, some advertisement's maybe really given as advertised cost to get people to traveling to assist such businesses to start making money again after between two - three years of such businesses stated to be as shut down.↗😁

Unfortunately we are not as influential as the hotel asks to advertise. Therefore, this stay is also the price when booked as a regular guest. If we are asked to promote, we will post it clearly ✋
