Been living here 5 yrs 2 bedroom apt for $300 is a rare find. 2 bedrooms average $500 and up. Single rooms average $250-350, studios can find for $300-450.. that doesn’t mean you can’t get lucky and find a super deal, but these are the average, but just about all your needs in VN are cheap (food clothing shoes motorbikes)

Hey Alex! I talked to Miranda a while back asking some questions about NinjaTeacher and life in Vietnam- and ever since, I've been saving and getting ready! If all goes right, I should applying for one of your courses towards the end of the year. My reason for commenting is that I wanted to say how much I love seeing these videos. They are a slight motivation in moving to Vietnam, seeing everyone so happy that is. :)

Can a Texan with a High School Diploma who is moving here to Vietnam find an English teaching job without TEFL?
@jvs333
@jvs333 5 жыл бұрын
NiteRythemzRadio1 yes, I don’t have certificate and had 3 different teaching jobs. Here if you’re American and can speak good English and can handle elementary kids you can find a job, lots of small schools here (no public education) so they will hire because the teachers with certificate can Have hire salaries working for the better schools or academies

The title attracted me to watch your video, not teaching English in VN. You didn't mention the address of the place you showed. Also no one-bed room or studio mentioned, and do they require leasing contract, how many months minimum as it is important to someone who come to VN for temporary stay like 1 month or 2 months....
@yan2503

For temporary stay better opt for airbnb. They offer alot of apartments / condos with all inclusive (wifi, housekeeping, bills ).

@ninja.teacher
@ninja.teacher 6 жыл бұрын
This is Go Vap district. :) I think you probably could. In my experience most apartment building "gyms" are very basic so I've always gone to better quality gyms outside of my apartment building. But there are quite a lot like this with swimming pools!

That place is in the middle of NOWHERE. It takes an hour each way to get anywhere. Look at the surroundings. Looks like a war zone. You can find a place for the same price in the USA located in a shit remote area as well. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Please stop posting only the price. Location is the #1 factor. And most places in Siagon for foreigners in a good location are way overpriced.
