333 days on carnivore/11 months and going strong!!

Күн бұрынHello all. Yes I have been doing carnivore now for 333 days. It is, honestly, the best weight loss path I have been on. I am really looking forward to getting to 1 year and I will make sure to share all of that on May 11, 2024.
I am looking to update my equipment. This time around, I am really making sure the equipment I look at is much less than the last time I tried to ask for help. If you are so inclined, please feel free to take a look at this list. You will have my undying gratitude.

Great job! Down 71# Daily walks and adding some jogging. 333 days ago that would not have been possible. You never gave up and your hard work is paying off. I am so proud of you .
